online forms have been up and working for a few weeks. they are happy to accept unfinished pics with updates as the car go's together

might be taking entries early but still dont know if your in or out till late in the year, hopefully is all handled better this time.

exactly Nick, so instead of fighting like dogs etc for no certain amount of spots, Ive liased with Peter Pike and done some organising of my own. They only want one person per club doing the talking this year, and as simmo wasnt keen, its my goal to get the best deal for antilag for mv08.

In other words, getting all excited and saying "im in" garauntees you nothing, as cars will get rejected left right and centre. im thinking 1200 people fighting for 800 spots.

Im trying my best to make sure we have some say in the process, so last year doesnt happen, where we have cars like chaddies wrx miss out in favour of my shitbox, or a couple of the cars people saw last year like tiger seat cover vt's which was famously bantied.

In fact this might be a good time to launch a new thread....

p.s marbles pay camo for this year. if you dont, dont expect a spot to be even offered to you. i paid, and i didnt even enter my car!

i payed for my entry, i owe cam some cash for the cooler fridge etc which i didnt know about because i didnt have access to the forums... when i was told months later, me and cam organised to get him the money twice but he keeps on standing me up, hense why im assuming he is laughing after his statement

i rekon positions should be saved for people that have acctually worked on there own car themselves ... they should be given preference over people that pay workshops to fix/mod their car.

its kinda like the old " built not brought " saying, people that have scraped knuckles working on their car should be looked at b4 people that throw there car in a workshop and forkout to have mods done, anyone can do that.

Autosalon and Revolution is for that kinda stuff i think.

Ben, I just want the best people and cars representing us. Im sure everyone agrees the great time we had this year was down to the people as much as the cars. Quite frankly I dont care if it was built in a backyard or a wokrshop, who are we to judge?

Anyone can do a skid, not everyone is a decent person.

I most likely will not enter again to allow someone a spot... but we shall see.
