Are the springs in coilovers interchangable? The springs i currently have are far too stiff (basically 0 rebound) and id be keen to change them for ones with a little more give. Anyone know where i should go to get some? Is it even POSSIBLE to swap springs? Any advice is appreciated

No probs on swapping springs , many do to save custom spring costs . You need to find one with matching collar and top hat ID/OD , and ballpark relaxed spring length . Too much , and you get over amounts of pre-load , too little and the spring can be damaged when the car gets light , not to mention the first 20-30-40mm depending , will be soft and soppy , not to meantion it will probably squirm when you get the car light , then come back to pre-load again .
