The SAU Dyno comp starts at 10.30 Sunday morning and theirs a BBQ lunch.
We are trying to get some funds to get our new club up and flying.

We only ran 30psi because the wastegate would not play the game.We ran from about 10.45 till about 3.00 We got thru about 25 cars in about 4 hours and had a BBQ at midday.

we shall have to see when it can be done ... alot of work to be done and alot of people give their time up for these events to be run

We'll probably look at running one next year before Motivation, so people can have real accredited "Shootout" figures, as the Formaz dyno they use at Motivation isn't accredited.

Should have our dyno by then so will look at doing something as well.

Might test the Shootout mode and run a car on both dyno's ( Hyperdrives and SST's ) on the same day and see how close they are :)

All the accredited Dynos have been within 0.3 of a KW
sofar and DynoDynamics will do everything to keep them this way and they are advertising the fact.If you want true power figures then only use the accredited dyno operators which Lumpy and myself are.Look for Dyno dynamics ads for accredited Dynos.

Did u dyno at sport compact? I wasnt happy with the dyno setup on that day at all... I got a trophy and everything but I only got up to 5000rpm... still another 2.5k to go before max power. Pity I could have gone alot higher... I even had tom in the back and it didnt help!!! haha

Make sure your Dyno tuner is Shootout accredited then if you have a problem you can get help from Dyno dynamics.

Yeah the dyno I use is definately accredited! The dyno at sports compact wasnt on shootout and I got 350 at 5000rpm. Still had another 150hp to go...
