Just wanting to state that on a cpu any age group can monitor or join this site. I think that the level to which the "hot chick" one has got to is a bit out of control.

The pics are above 18+ yet there are no issues of young people joining and viewing porn etc, i'd hate to know the consequences of legality.

There is so much porn so freely available that it makes no difference to be honest.

The admin would be held responsible n shit and you wouldn't be able to use any loops holes.... Just think about the seriousness of it, if an under ager joined the site co he or she loves cars, then clicks on it and sees that stuff, who do you think is going to be held responsible....?

I'd seriously think about lowering the content level or some shit dude, if my god children saw it, there would be all hell breakin loose and parents always go straight to authorities.

Do you not understand the point here, parents dont give a shit. They will go to authorities and dispute there being no content disclaimer.

If you do not have a content disclaimer and have R18+ images etc then you can be held liable.

Why do you think places have R18+ coding?????

Dont think that a parent is gonna give a shit whether it is a search engine or an official "MONITORED" website. If it is monitored than there is an issue, as they will claim that if you knew about the content why was there nothing done to qualify people before joining etc.
