chopped in straight line?! dude 4 sec flat to 100kph, thats like 2 sec quicker than a ve ss, and a sec and half quicker than the latest sti. pretty farking quick.

congrats man (im gealous) beautiful car, orange will be striking as fark too, and look nice and hard with the black rims. cant wait to see it in the flesh. you'll just need to find a way to dose the supercharger to make it perfect.

Straight lines its not bad. Not bullshit 450hp gtr material but its purposeful. The ace kicker is the way it delivers its power.

Your doing 80kms in 6th gear at 2500rpm. put your foot down and the torque is simply sensational. There is nothing bar the evos or the 400k+ supercars that can touch this on a track.

ps re the burnouts. tyres max lifespan are 4000kms (advan 048 race tyres) Factory. There will be minimal burnouts in this baby!!! Expect to see it as much as the rx, and driven in a spirited manner (ie like its stolen) Its a steep learning curve going from fr laggy whoosh to MR all torque low revs.

is just an indication of how something with less that cost a reasonable sum of money can compete with the likes of the big boys. Its still a huge investment but small in comparison. The only thing factory in this price range that is of competition is the FQ400 or the z06. Both of which in the UK are 10k in Pounds more.

Now starts the mods. Stage one includes removing that dangfangled cat, an exhaust and setting up the adj suspension as per reccomendations of the poms. Stage two.... well thats gonna involve more boost and a stack of auxilary bits to make that happen. Guinea pig #2!

after going for a spin in this thing the other night on a cruise i must say it re-wrote my perceptions of a well balanced car and handling. The torque is excellent and its amazing how fast you actually move in the thing have to kepp a eye on that speedo as it cruises at high speeds way to easy. Its pretty comfortable aswell i didnt mind spending nearly a hour and a half in it without a break. congrats on the sick buy i shall be forever jelous

-seat backings are too hard
-seat position (driver) felt about 50mm too high
-headliner gets in field of vision
-the useless rearview mirror does nothing but impeded forward vision
-horn is in weird place due to 1/ not clearly visible to first timers and 2/ sometimes you bash it while turning


these things said, its an obvious super 'car' and a joy to drive. it has very good feedback , actually it has more feedback than i would have thought the car is very tight and responds to every command you dish out.

having a modified MR myself i found it an easy transition to be able to operate the car to its build intent and got everything i expected from the experience. thanks muchly for allowing me to have a turn. the thing is clearly not just built for wank, its a true performer.
