Having driven both, I can say the 2.5 has a lot more down low than the 2 litre...but doesnt rev as hard.

Depends on your definition of hard, I run a 7800RPM redline on my 2.5

Jaron, what kinda mileage are you getting? I average around 350kms per 50-55ltrs.

280 - 300 kms at best but I have a heavy foot. Did have 1 tank of 330 on run in.

Oh.. Yeah i dont get out much!... I come from the days of V8's with the only 'electrical' device was electronic choke. :uhh:

Im thinking of getting a subaru with a link ECU.. apparently that works well?

Haha I've owned the car for 6 years bro, and still not spent as much as some people have on their cars...your just a mad c*nt for going Cosworth power on an 06 STi.

Crazy but I love it :D
