Just bought a new deck to upgrade. I have a used but perfectly MINT Sony Xplod CDX-S2210S comes with remote. Still in the car atm but will get it removed sometime this week when new unit arrives.

yes , comes with manual .... though i don't know why you would ever need it.
and comes with the back plug as well

nope if u checked the model out on the net as far as i know sony doesn't make a deck with I-pod interface but i could be wrong.
