How much torque should I use/need to torque wheel nuts without over tightening them?
Thanks.

When i crewed for rally team, funny enough an evo :P
Did them to 45 lb then 60lb. Thats aparently on the light side but they had previous issues of snapping studs with them to tight.
I imagine it was supposed to be around 80lb
If you ask a tyre place they will prob say 250 - 320 lb .... ie what the rattle gun is capable of on MAX setting ... hehe

Yeah tyre shop shredded/shattered few of my wheel nuts, and they arent easy to find either. Hand tighten to perfection for me always.
