Bar & Plate, has better cooling but less flow.
Tube & Fin is for giant HP cars that need maximum flow.

I use both types. The bar and plate in the road car because they are cheap and serve there purpose and a tube and fin in the race car mainly because of the custom size i need and added flow thru to the radiator.

Endless yours is a Blitz tube and fin not a LM one.
p.s bit of trivia for you LM stands for "last modified" which is blitz' top end stuff.
