Garratt Road bridge, Maylands Yacht Club (4th Ave East, off Guildford), Ascot Inn for Bream. All local for the Baysie Bandits.
Mosman bay also good for Bream if you're keen to travel.

head between scabs and hillarys any of the beach carparks and look for structure (reef) close to shore. cast around the edges of the reef. Nice for taylor and mullaway when conditions are right.

Have you guys ever tried west of the Claremont yacht club? During summer it fires pretty well. You park outside the yacht club and walk through the club and around the bank towards Fremantle. Trawling mulies from the sandy beach area I have caught chopper tailor and using an RMG scorpion I have got flathead. Walk a bit further to where the shore becomes rocky and cast some prawns around for black bream. I have always caught fish there.
And as jmp said, this time of year you can get black bream pretty much anywhere east of the Graham Farmer Freeway.

mindaire is a good spot for tailor and all sorts.
north, south mole is alright also. depends on where you want to go and what you want to do.
If you want to sit around and sink piss and just put a line out. along reid hwy/west swan road just past the womans prison (catch some fish there) west swan reserve i think it is called. You can sit with a chair and an esky and fish in the river and catch bream.
woodmans point/cockburn sound you get some decent stuff depends on the time you go I guess also. Gonna go early morning one day if i cbf getting up that early for a fish mindarie off the groyne there.
