lets say, u get banned from driving, for points, or wreckless, or even both, then u get caught for driving under cancelation, THEN you are stupid enough to continue driving and have an accident, lets so nobody was hurt. now, what do u think u would get from the cops? ive heard some bad things, such as 10 year ban plus 3 month jail term, and fines that will be over your head for years to come. anybody got any ideas?

flame away, but im just looking for awnsers.

i think the problem is alot of people depend on their car for their job..such as tradies etc, so they have no real choice but to keep driving once they have lost their license..its not exactly hard to lose your license these days..and u cant get the E plates straight away

give me a person without a license over a drink driving tard any day

i know of people caught driving with out a licence multiple times and they have been given extensions on their suspensions as short as 6mnths with fairly minor fines (less than $1k).

NIva you have some wikid friends,
it depends on the judge and the circumstances of the offence. the book is fairly open on punishment...

you wont know until the day, a good lawyer will prob give a good idea of what to expect, however, im not a good lawyer, but i do defend people for a carton of piss..

I reckon not having a driver's license is just a formality. Say if you don't pay your license in time and it gets cancelled, that ain't that bad I mean you still have the same driving skills as if when you paid the license fee, what is the difference?? Would they look at why you don't have a license in the first place?
