What a waste.

Could've at least done it to a Silvia.

Haha, its only a FWD KA24DE anyway, not much of a waste.

Then it had been converted to FWD. Still a waste. Silvia would've looked much better on its roof.

dennie.. which 'General Lee' are you referring to? This is the one im thinking of.

This baby died from the bolts holding the cams down somehow threaded themselves and one end of the engine lost power, it was then set on fire. :D

I just assumed the American KA24DE was FWD because Pintara TRX's have that engine and are FWD.

Nice Sigma by the way, haha.

hehe, weve gone through a shitload of bush bashers. the misubishi's probably being the crappest cars out of them all, one of them blew a rod out the side of the block :)

Datsuns (180b) would have to be the strongest, followed by rollas, coronas, civic, gemini's, escorts, colts (rwd), sigmas.

Im going to try and get all the pics of them all up next week sometime. theyre quite a laugh, especially the 180B in mid air on fire. haha :D

It's an S13. They didn't come in FWD. All American S13s and S14s came with the KA24DE.

Looking at that 2nd last photo, there's no tailshaft or rear diff so it's obviously had some conversion happening.

radium, you have to try a datto 720, wicked arse bushbasher, survives an amazing amount of punishment and damn good fun with whatever you can fit in the back...

poor 180, looks like a hellofalotof fun though

If so, id definitely be interested in the rear hatch.

Nah its a rwd 180, you can see the rear box mount and bottom of the box, and can make out the bottom of the diff if you look closely..
