Im currently working for a company who has recently secured long term work within the Iron Ore industry. As most people are aware, the current human resources levels in WA are diabolically low.

If there are any qualified tradies (namely boily's, riggers, fitters etc.) on these forums who wish to explore the possibility of heading up here, please pm me your email address, and I will forward you a submission of interest, along with some details of the various sites, rosters and conditions on offer.

Cheers,
Rossco

If you are working on site, it wouldn't be all that difficult to get.

The poin is he is looking for possible employees, not possible employment.

Yeah I'm well aware of that, I was joking about Mr Manual's comment.

Rossco is well aware already if the right offer comes up I'd look at it seriously.

I am quite happy with what Rio give me :D

Yeah I agree, just not sure if I want to give up alot of what I have atm. Perth based would be the shizzle.

nath, best bet is to get your riggers ticket, and then possibly advanced rigger. Really depends on what industry your keen on. i.e Construction industry obviously involves a lot of crane work, so Id be looking to try do something in this area.
