Perth ppl
I work at 'U Brew It' on Farrel Road in Midvale
if there is enough interest ill put together a brew club where if we can get 6 brews going at once they cost about 100 each (6 cartons, 50L) which can be bottled or taken in party kegs
its good fun, tastes great, doesnt give hangovers
there are about 150 different beers u can do, lagers, ales, stouts, wine based leg openers etc etc
its good if theres 2 or 3 ppl per brew cos 6 cartons is alot in ur fridge, though it doesnt last long, me and the 2 guys i live with do 6 cartons in at least 2 weeks, best was 9 days.
if u guys wanna do it just pm me and we will get it up and running

yeh well to an extent
if u drink 12 + u may feel a bit ceedy but thats it
u dont get the headaches and pain
they are caused buy the chemicals and preservatives in the beer, hence y u can keep commercial beers out in the sun and they r good wen u re-cool them. that is cos they have chemicals to stop the fermentation.
our beer doesnt have them so if it gets warm it begins refermenting so it needs to be kept in the fridge
if u guys wanna come down 2 try sum and have a look around it is on Farrel Rd in Midvale not far from great eastern highway
im there from 10 for 2 or 3 hours 2morrow so jus rok in and ask for chris
or just c tim or maurine, they will b happy to help u out
