Geez, running them into the ground early aren't ya mate. They played well in the third quarter but Sydney was just too good.

Personally I think it was too stacked for Freo to win tonight. Away in Sydney on an unfamiliar ground plus Sydney being in the form that they are.

Hopefully we see WC up there in the final the AD/WC game is going to be a ripper I reckon.

Either way go the swans... happy to be in Melb now for this

there is always next seasson.
freo just lacked the finals experience. even thou they have been around 11yrs. Its not till now that Freo has a good side that can play.

I'll support them even if the lost.

clearly that extra week off for sydney had a huge affect on the game.. dockers ran with them as much as they could and just got out classed in the end... its actually one of the 1st times that ive seen dockers play and not waste oppurtunites in front of goal... they did awsome and those umpires were ****ed favoured sydeny throughout the whole nite!

nethertheless i give credit to freo, they made the prelim, u could count it as a successful season after not makin the finals last year, big step forward. I dont like freo but ill give em credit, theyve had a good year. To be honest i wanted sydney to win, freo dont deserve to be in the gf. Plus i want sydeny to win so west coast can get revenge :)

it is kinda funny
actually watch the game
and the number of free kicks that resulted directly in a goal
only one for the eagles was out of the middle with 30 seconds left
game was over just after hanson marked it
however adelaide had 3 or 4 inside 50 free kicks that were soft
not to mention lynch's goal that was touched over the line
as replay's 100% showed
but was still called as touched by the goal umpire who was in a perfect position to see it
kinda suss hey

umpiring was pretty dodgy.
next week depends on how well we kerb hall and o'loughlin, if we do it better than last final/last years grand final we should win.

The result will probably be determined by some dodgy umpiring decision, like last year. It's about time they brought in the 3rd umpire.
