just got back from seing this movie... crappy story, too complicated and stupid. but the .... scare factor.. some of the **** in this movie is nuts, also love how the end has a 10 minute jeep ad...

i hope its good..the games (1,2,3 and 4) were all hardcore...and really atmospheric and moody. i understand pyramid head is in the movie too???? Silent Hill 2 was the best tho...

Yea pyramid head is in the movie.

I love it when parents are taking there 10 yr olds to it. We warn them they go nah they will be fine. 30 mins later there out in the foyer crying and screaming./

gamees would be like 1000x scarier than the movie. ive played all 4 games..and a mate has who has seen the movie..the games atmosphere is unmatched..even the first one on the PS1..the sounds n fog n atmosphere are just intense..and the transitions to hell are sooo scary hey....

Couldn't agree more. I only ever got around to playing the first one, but played it many times over to try and get the different endings and loved it to bits. I always used to turn it off at about 9pm though. Things only got uglier after that, especially with lights off and sound cranked.

i really didnt like to play silent hill 2 stoned. but i did. in Dolby surround sound with lights off by myself at around midnight before going to bed...made the atmoshphere so much more intense...its much more immersive playing it that way..but yeah the sound when your radio starts going off and you get static and you KNOW someone is coming..especially the nurses in teh hospital scenes which drag their legs along...scary as...

i remember playin resident evil at like midnight with all the lights n sh*t off n a storm was outside. A zombie jumped out from behind this wall n i crapped myself majorrrrr time as the game was all silent then BAMMM

The first Dino Crisis was cool. Second was absolute sh*t.

Dino Crisis & Resident Evil only ever "surprise" scared me. Silent Hill was freaky spooky scary. Loved it.
