They are pretty decent cars, used to go in the turbo model quiet often as my step dad owned one. Def needs dumpage!!!

not bad for a newer camira , shi tter of a thing to get parts for though, as most things are obsolete from Holden !
the 4wd turbo was the most $$$$ model camira when new ! def the pick of the bunch.

Very nice neat calibra!

As Mat said, parts are hard to get and $$$

What grill is that 2nd pic down Opel??

Nice, did they come with a getrag?

BASSULA
04-08-2006, 12:24 PM
parts arent that hard to get.. just have to know where to get em.. and that is usally from europe.. holden dont wanna know and chage a fortune for anything and I have some good contacts overseas..:D

ninja the badge in the second pic is a opel 1 but it was just a sticker made up to go over the holden 1.. but its no longer there.. the only badge on the whole car now is the opel badge on the hatch lid..

endless the getrag is standard!

and as for hte camira relationship the only thing the camira and this share is the block from memory.. everything else is different.. forged internals DOHC etc etc etc

You bet we don't wanna know about em haha ! We have little technical resources on calibra's, specially compared to other holden models. I've worked on one before, 4x4 turbo model, it was rooted, transfer case gears were melted smooth, fried piston rings, turbo seals leakin, ever since then they give me nightmares everytime i see one. But seriously i have to admit they are a nice looking car, and go quite well for what they are - just a headache to work with, and hard to source parts locally
